Canada Competition Terms & Conditions (Excluding Quebec)

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Canada aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Quebec.
  • Employees of FanFinders Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible.
  • No purchase necessary.

Sweepstakes Period

  • Begins on November 1, 2025, and ends December 31, 2026.
  • Monthly prize draws occur on or about the final day of each month.
  • The grand prize draw will take place in early January 2027.

How to Enter

  • Entrants must complete the Your Baby Club Canada sign-up process and confirm their registration.
  • Limit of one entry per person per month.
  • Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be void.

Prizes

  • One grand prize is available.
  • At the Promoter’s sole discretion, the potential winner may be offered a cash prize of CAD $10,000 instead of the Close Parent product bundle. The winner has no right to require payment of the cash alternative unless it is offered by the Promoter.
  • The winner must confirm their selected prize option in writing within 14 days of being notified that they have been selected as the potential winner. Once confirmed, the winner’s selection is final and cannot be changed.
  • The cash prize will be paid in Canadian dollars by electronic funds transfer or cheque within 60 days after the winner has been confirmed, has correctly answered the required mathematical skill-testing question, and has completed any documentation reasonably required by the Promoter.
  • The prize options cannot be combined. No additional cash, compensation, credit, or product will be provided in respect of any difference between the approximate retail value of the product bundle and the cash prize.
  • If the product bundle, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater approximate retail value.
  • The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as described, subject only to the winner’s right to select between the two prize options set out above.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of selection.
  • To claim a prize, each selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (required under Canadian law).
  • Failure to respond within 14 days, failure of the skill-testing question, or inability to accept the prize results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity

  • Winner Publicity

    Your Baby Club may announce the winner's first name, province or territory of residence and the prize won, subject to applicable law and the winner's privacy rights.

    Winners may be invited to participate in photography, video, interviews, testimonials or other promotional activities celebrating their win. Participation in such additional promotional activities is voluntary and declining to participate will not affect the winner's entitlement to receive their prize.

    Where a winner agrees to participate, Your Baby Club will obtain any consent or release required for the proposed use of the winner's name, image, likeness, voice, comments or other personal information before using that material for advertising or other commercial promotional purposes.

    Participation by a child in any photography, video or other promotional content is voluntary and will require separate consent from the child's parent or legal guardian.


Data Protection

  • Personal information will be used only to administer the competition and in accordance with the Your Baby Club Privacy Policy.
  • Data may be transferred to the UK for processing and prize fulfilment by FanFinders Ltd.
  • Withdrawal of consent during the competition will void the entrant's participation.

Limitation of Liability

  • FanFinders Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • By participating, entrants release FanFinders Ltd, its affiliates, partners, and representatives from liability related to participation or prize use.

Governing Law

  • This contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the entrant’s province or territory, excluding Quebec.
  • All federal, provincial, and local laws apply.
